Nationally, Groundwork have over 650 volunteer trustees across the country who have found trusteeship to be a great way to take an active role in their community. As a respected and responsible role, it is also an excellent way to develop new skills and gain experience.
At Groundwork South Essex we have our own Board of trustees and our strategic leadership is improved when trustees are recruited from a diverse range of backgrounds - our board needs people who can bring new insights, vision and support to the way we make an impact on people’s lives.
