We work with housing associations and other housing providers across the country to change places and lives for tenants. Just like you, we want to create great estates across the country where people want to live. It is widely recognised that improving the quality of life in disadvantaged neighbourhoods means changing the social and environmental fabric of an area as well as improving the homes in which people live. It is also clear that building successful, mixed communities means planning from the ground up, involving communities in decision-making and ensuring new developments are integrated with the natural environment and promote sustainable living.
