How to get in touch with our team.
We are passionate about changing places and lives for the better. With 35 staff across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, and 26 years experience, we have the skills and knowledge to have a real impact on the issues that affect communities.
We work with local communities involving people in the regeneration process in such a way that they can take the lead for themselves.
Whether you're a landscape architect, youth worker, administrator or business advisor, Groundwork offers a uniquely challenging and stimulating working environment. Every part of Groundwork is working towards a shared vision and many people gain true job satisfaction from knowing their work is helping to transform their local communities. There are many opportunities to learn new skills and progress your career - many of our senior managers began with us as volunteers or project staff. Groundwork Hertfordshire has achieved the Investors In People bronze status, demonstrating commitment to the development and well-being of its staff.
