      <title>The future is bright for the Green Team</title>
      <description>Jamie and Jack initially joined Groundwork on a six month contract under the Government's Future Jobs Fund scheme.  At that end of that contract, they were kept on for a further six months under the new scheme run by Essex County Council to continue their hard work as part of the Green Team.</description>

      <title>GreenTeam Sharpen their Skills</title>
      <description>The Green Team are now qualified to use petrol powered horticultural equipment, following Jamie and Ginette's visit to Writtle College in early May, where they both passed the Lantra Awards Pedestrian Rotary and Cylinder Mower Course, and the whole Team's attendance of the Horticultural Machine Induction Course, where they all gained a Certificate of Attendance.</description>

      <description>The Groundwork Hertfordshire Green Aiders gardening project has been awarded funding for another year from Hertfordshire County Council.  Since September 2009 the garden Green Aiders have helped over 150 elderly and disabled adults take back control of their gardens in the Dacorum and Broxbourne areas.  </description>
